1. இங்கு அளிக்கபட்ட அனைத்து விவரங்களும் உண்மையானவை மற்றும் என்னால் சுயநினைவுடன் அளிக்கப்பட்டவை. அளிக்கப்பட்ட தகவல்களில் ஏதேனும் உண்மைக்கு புறம்பானவை என கண்டறியப்பட்டால், சட்ட திட்டங்களின் கீழ் தண்டனை அளிக்கப்படும் என்பதை நான் அறிந்துள்ளேன்.

All the details provided by me are correct to the best of knowledge, I am aware that if any of the information is found to be wrong, I will be penalized for my action, as per the law

2. பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட கிடங்கில் மணலைப் பெறும் வரை எனது லாரியின் பதிவினை ரத்து செய்யவோ அல்லது வேறொரு கிடங்கிற்கு மாற்றவோ என்னால் இயலாது என்பதை நான் அறிவேன்.

I am aware that as soon as I book sand in this importing port, my lorry will be locked to the booking and I will not be able to cancel and book in another Depot until I receive the load of sand.

3. இறக்குமதி செய்யப்பட்ட மணலை சேமிக்கும் உரிமை தமிழ்நாடு பொதுப்பணித்துறையிடம் மட்டுமே உள்ளது என நான் அறிவேன்

I am aware that the right to store the imported sand shall vest with the Public Works Department of the State of Tamil Nadu.

4. இறக்குமதி செய்யப்பட்ட மணலை எனது சொந்த உபயோகத்திற்காகவோ அல்லது விற்பனை செய்யவோ தமிழக எல்லையைத் தாண்டி வேறு மாநிலத்திற்கோ, யூனியன் பிரதேசத்திற்கோ அல்லது வெளிநாட்டிற்கோ எடுத்துச் செல்லக்கூடாது என நான் அறிவேன்.

I am aware that I shall not transport the imported sand either for own use or sale across the border of the State of Tamilnadu to any other State or Union Territory or Country.

5. எனது பதிவு சீட்டானது மின்னஞ்சல் மற்றும் குறுஞ்செய்தி மூலமாக எனக்கு ஒதுக்கப்பட்ட நேரத்திற்கு 30 மணி நேரத்திற்கு முன்பாக கிடைக்கப் பெறும் எனவும் அதுவரை எனது காத்திருப்பு நேரம் தோராயமானது என்பதையும் நான் அறிவேன்.

I am aware that my booking ticket will be sent to me through e-mail and SMS 30 hours before the day of my turn. Until then the indicated waiting date is approximate.

6.மணல் ஏற்றும் நடவடிக்கைகள் எதிர்பாராத காரணங்கள், இயற்கை இடர்பாடுகள் அல்லது நிர்வாக காரணங்களினால் நிறுத்தம் செய்யப்படும் பட்சத்தில், காத்திருப்பு மற்றும் உறுதி செய்யப்பட்ட பட்டியல்கள் தானாகவே ரத்து செய்யப்படும் மற்றும் பணம் திரும்ப அளிக்கப்பட மாட்டாது என நான் அறிவேன்

I am aware that in case of cancellation due to stoppage of loading operation due to unforeseen conditions, “Force Majeure” conditions like heavy rain or due to administrative reasons, the waiting and confirmed list will get auto cancelled and amount will not be refunded.

7.மணல் எடுக்க வரும் தருணத்தில் ஓட்டுனர் மது அருந்தி இருந்தாலோ அல்லது லாரியின் பதிவு எண் முன்பதிவு சீட்டில் உள்ள பதிவு எண்ணுடன் பொருந்தாவிட்டாலோ, அப்பதிவு ரத்து செய்யப்பட்டு கண்டிப்பாக மணல் வழங்கப்பட மாட்டாது எனவும், இதே நிகழ்வு தொடர்ந்து நீடித்தால் அந்க லாரி தடை செய்யப்பட்ட லாரிகள் பட்டியலில் சேர்க்கப்படும் எனவும் நான் அறிவேன்.

I am aware that my booking will be rejected at the time of loading, in case the driver is inebriated (drunk) / the lorry is not in condition / the lorry registration number does not match with the booking ticket.

8.மணலின் எடையானது மணல் ஏற்றும் நேரத்தில் நிலவும் வளிமண்டல நிலைமைகளைச் சார்ந்துள்ளது என்பதை நான் அறிவேன்.

I am aware that the weight of the sand at the time of loading depends upon the prevailing atmospheric conditions.

9.எனது வாகனத்தின் GVW மற்றும் ULW, RC பதிவுகள் படி இருத்தல் வேண்டும் எனவும் அவ்வாறு இல்லாமல் துறைமுகத்தில் எடை பார்க்கும் இயந்கிரத்தில், வாகனத்தின் எடை மாறுபட்டு இருக்கும் பட்சத்தில் எனது பதிவு ரத்து செய்யப்பட்டும் என்பதை நான் அறிவேன்.

I am aware that the value of GVW and ULW of my vehicle is as per the RC records and any variation found in the above said values at the time of weighing the vehicle in the port may lead to the cancellation of my booking order.

10.நான் துறைமுகத்தின் விதிமுறைகளை கடைப்பிடித்தல் வேண்டும் மற்றும் பொதுப்பணித்துறை அதிகாரிகளின் உத்தரவுகளை பின்பற்ற வேண்டும் என்பதை நான் அறிவேன்.

I am aware that I should abide by the rules of the loading port and should follow the instructions of the Department officer in charge.

11.எனக்கு ஒதுக்கீடு செய்யப்பட்ட தேதி அன்றே மணல் ஏற்றும் துறைமுகத்திற்கு லாரியினை கொண்டு வர வேண்டும் என்பதை நான் அறிவேன்.

I am aware that I/driver should bring the lorry to the loading port only on the allocated date.

12.மேலே குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள விதிமுறைகள் மற்றும் நிபந்தனைகளை மீறும் நபருக்கு, தமிழ்நாடு சிறுகனிம சலுகை விதிகள், 1959 பிரிவு 38 –டி - ன் கீழ் இரண்டு ஆண்டுகளுக்கு சிறைத்தண்டனை அல்லது 5 இலட்சம் ரூபாய் அபராதம் அல்லது இரண்டும் சேர்த்து விதிக்கப்படும் என நான் அறிவேன்.

I am aware that any person who contravenes any of the provisions of the above terms and conditions, shall be punishable with imprisonment for a term which may extend to two years or with fine which may extend to five lakh rupees or with both under section 38-D of Tamil Nadu Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1959

அனுமதி சீட்டு நிபந்தனைகள் மற்றும் விதிமுறைகள்

13.வரிசை எண் 1 முதல் 8 வரையிலான அனைத்து தகவல்களையும் கையொப்பம் மற்றும் அலுவலக முத்திரை இடும் முன்பாக அனுமதி வழங்கும் அதிகாரி சரிபார்க்க வேண்டும்.

All particulars from S.No. 1 to 8 should be duly checked before affixing the signature and seal by the issuing authority

14.ஒருமுறை பெற்ற நுழைவு சீட்டினை மாற்ற இயலாது

This pass is non-transferable.

15.குறிப்பிடப்பட்டுள்ள கால அளவு மட்டுமே இச்சீட்டு செல்லுபடியாகும். ஏதேனும் தாமதம் ஏற்படின், ஓட்டுநர் தாமத்திற்கான சரியான அத்தாட்சி ஒப்படைக்கும் பட்சத்தில், அனுமதி வழங்கும் அதிகாரி நுழைவுச்சீட்டின் செயல்திறன் கால அளவினை நீட்டிக்கலாம்.

This pass is valid only during the validity period. In case of any delay, the validity of this pass may be extended by the issuing authority, subject to proof for the delay by the transporter/driver.

16.மணல் இறக்கப்படும் போது நுகர்வோரிடம் இந்நுழைவு சீட்டினை ஒப்படைக்க வேண்டும். அதிகாரப்பூர்வ அதிகாரியின் ஆய்விற்காக மணல் பெற்ற நாளிலிருந்து குறைந்தது ஒருமாத கால அளவிற்கு நுகர்வோர் இச்சீட்டினை பத்திரமாக வைத்திருத்தல் அவசியம்.

The pass should be handed over to the consumer in the place of delivery. The consumer shall keep the pass for at least a month’s time from the date of delivery for verification, by the enforcement officials.

17.இந்த நுழைவுச்சீட்டு, தமிழ்நாடு சிறுகனிம சலுகை விதி 1959-ன் நிபந்தனைகளுக்கும், சம்பந்தப்பட்ட அதிகாரியினால் விதிக்கப்படும் சிறப்பு நிபந்தனைகளுக்கும் உட்பட்டது.

This pass is subject to the compliance of the provisions of the Tamil Nadu Minor Mineral Concession Rules, 1959, and any other special conditions imposed by the authorities concerned, from time to time.
